Mental Health is one of the leading problems in our society today. Yet no one talks about it publically... Until now.
We teamed up with Instagram and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for Mental Health Awareness Month to highlight 9 brave individuals that are leading the charge by speaking up about their mental health on Instagram. Allowing themselves to be vulnerable and have a #RealConvo daily to spread awareness on the importance of talking about hard things.

We crafted a 12 post connected college, helping to seamlessly share a larger story from the compilation of these individual testimonies. Each piece speaks to a specific facet of Mental Health and they all come together perfectly to drive home the importance of having a #RealConvo in your day to day life.
